Fresh to Order (F2O) is a "fine fast" casual dining franchise headquartered in Alpharetta, GA. Founded in 2005 by restaurateur Pierre Panos, there are 8 locations in the Atlanta area. The food is fresh, fast, and delicious. They have a variety of options from salads, paninis, fresh soups to entree plates. They also offer vegetarian options and are gluten free friendly. Two stand out items on the menu, the namesake F2O salad with walnuts, golden raisins and feta. Also the Coconut Curry Salmon, with roasted corn relish, and wheat berry rice. In a renovated mercantile factory on the train tracks, this Chamblee spot takes advantage of folksy surroundings that include a screened-in dining area and a vintage wooden bar upstairs. Contemporary, farm-fresh and local updates to traditional Southern food populate the lunch and dinner menus, which are designed and executed by two collaborative but distinctly individual chefs.
