Host of Afternoon Tea Radio, Maria Wills, had the pleasure of speaking at the College & Career Expo at Pebblebrook High School in Mabelton, Ga. The event was created by non-profit Project Adjusting Our Crowns. Maria was able to speak on her experience in the entertainment and her journey to becoming a radio host.
The children at Pebblebook High was full of life and inquires. Wills shared her story about growing up with a single mom and going through ups and downs as she evolved into the woman she is today. Her focus was on passion and defining success for yourself. “A passion is something you can do without the money. It something that genuinely makes you happy. Consistency, continued learning in your craft, and belief in yourself is what makes a passion profitable,” says Wills.
Maria Wills was sure to leave the students with a lot to think about and much to do in the planning for their success.
